Milwaukee man killed in Greenfield crash

A 39-year-old Milwaukee man was killed Monday in a crash in Greenfield, according to police.

Officials responded to the crash at S. 27th St. and W. Layton Ave. shortly before 6:30 p.m., according to a news release from the police department.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, the news release said.

The accident may have been caused by a medical condition. Wisconsin State Patrol is assisting with the investigation and reconstructing the crash scene, the news release said.

The accident remains under investigation and no further information regarding the man's identity was available Monday night.
