Man, 25, shot during argument in Milwaukee

A 25-year-old man was seriously wounded in a shooting Sunday afternoon, Milwaukee police said early Monday.

Preliminary information indicates two men were arguing about 2:15 p.m. when one of the men grabbed a gun and shot the other man, according to a police news release.

The wounded man was taken to a hospital in serious condition, while the shooter fled from the area of 2300 N. Palmer St., police said. The investigation is ongoing and officers continue to search for the suspected shooter, according to police.
