Fusion Smile

Happy Friday, peeps!  Today's card was a quick and easy one to make...I just needed a card real fast, nothing super-duper fancy, just a cheerful card for someone who is going through a rough patch.  I thought the sketch and colors of the Fusion challenge were perfect:

I've probably only used Fruit Stand three or four times since it came out in the catalog, and two of them have been this week!  I used the sunny lemon design as a background for my card, adding some polka dot banners and the "smile" from So You (ret).  I stamped it in Lucky Limeade, fussy-cut it out and mounted it on another little banner:

I hope the recipient isn't put off by the sequin!!!  I just had to sneak something sparkly in!  The inside has a get-well greeting as well!

Sometimes we just like to get out our paints and paint.....this time we used some more styrofoam plates, and Cassidy painted an apple!

She did pretty well....I didn't help her a bit!  Thanks for popping by!
