Two men face up to 40 years in prison each after being charged with the armed robberies of two Waukesha gas stations, according to a criminal complaint.

Anthony DeLeon (left) and Mitchell Gamroth (right) are charged in a pair of gas station robberies in Waukesha.

Anthony J. DeLeon, 28, and Mitchell L Gamroth, 21, both of Waukesha, were each charged with two counts of armed robbery-party to a crime for the Jan. 3 robbery of the BP gas station at 500 Arcadian Ave., and the Jan. 8 robbery of the Clark gas station at 1436 E. Moreland Blvd., according to the complaint.

The two are accused of using a BB gun to rob the businesses, which Deleon said he committed to support his heroin habit, according to the complaint.

Bail was set at $100,000 for both DeLeon and Gamroth, who were in custody Tuesday in the Waukesha County Jail, according to state court and jail records.
