Two new homes of the Girasol design are being built by FL Star Construction at Arrowhead Reserve, a community of single-family homes off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.
An open floor plan, the Girasol offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,297 air-conditioned square feet. With a covered entry way and two-car garage, the home has 1,711 total square feet.
The home’s great room measures 14 feet, 8 inches by 23 feet, 4 inches, providing space for family enjoyment and dining. The kitchen opens to the great room and includes a pantry for extra storage.
A short hallway leads to the master bedroom, providing it with extra privacy. The master suite has a bath, with shower, vanity and toilet and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms share access to the hall bath, which features a tub/shower combination. There is a laundry room within the home.

New home designs within Arrowhead Reserve range from a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,297 air-conditioned square feet and a total of 1,711 square feet to a three-bedroom plus den, two-bath design with 1,600 air-conditioned square feet and a total of 2,098 square feet. Built by FL Star Construction, home prices begin at $168,900.
Amenities available to residents within the single-family neighborhood at Arrowhead Reserve include a private clubhouse and pool. Arrowhead Reserve is an active community with low HOA fees.
