South side shooting wounds 1

A 41-year-old man was wounded Monday in a shooting on Milwaukee's south side, police said.

The man was shot during an altercation shortly before 4 p.m. in the 1200 block of W. Scott St., according to a news release from the Milwaukee Police Department.

The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and police were searching for suspects in the shooting, according to the release.
