Clive Daniel furnishing Old Naples spec home for Encore Development

Clive Daniel Home, the Naples award-winning home furnishings retailer, has been awarded a contract to provide total interiors for a new two-story spec home by Encore Development, LLC of Naples.

MHK Architecture designed the home, and T.Jerulle Construction was awarded the construction contract.

In the heart of Olde Naples at 489 First Ave. S., the 3,347-square-foot home is available for $4.18 million, fully furnished. The home features four bedrooms plus loft or den, 3½ baths, an elevator and exquisite interior finishes.

The exterior is punctuated by a Zen-style pool with spa and an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen.

Designers Vrinda Albrecht and Susan Trivision, of Clive Daniel Home, are providing furniture selections in a transitional contemporary style. Installation of furnishings is expected in mid-November.

The award-winning designers previously provided interiors for other Encore homes in Olde Naples and the Moorings community.

Mark DiSabato and Rick Armalavage are the managing members for the Naples-based Encore Development. Added DiSabato, “The unique feature of this home is the two separate master bedroom suites, which afford tremendous flexibility for the future homeowner.”

Voted Best Furniture Showroom for five consecutive years by the Collier Building Industry Association, the 85,000-square-foot Clive Daniel Home showroom is on U.S. 41 in Naples.
