Fiddler’s Creek says village of Majorca has sold out
Fiddler’s Creek recently announced that the village of Majorca by Stock Signature Homes has sold out.
Majorca includes 19 classic Mediterranean single-family homes featuring three- and four-bedroom floor plans priced from the $700,000s to over $1 million.
Residences in Majorca provide 2,719 to 2,749 square feet of air-conditioned living space and offer three-car garages. Most of the homes also feature expansive, outdoor living spaces that overlook the verdant fairways of the award-winning Arthur Hills-designed Creek Course.
Stock Signature Homes also has sold out all custom-estate residences in two additional villages in Fiddler’s Creek, including 53 in Mahogany Bend and 34 in Isla del Sol.
