A 90-year-old Milwaukee man died Friday after he ran a red light and crashed into the side of an SUV on the city's east side, according to a Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office report.

Harold Cohen, an east side resident, was driving north on N. Humboldt Ave. when he entered the intersection at E. North Ave. early Friday afternoon, according to a the report.

Cohen was transported to the hospital, where he died four hours later. Investigators determined Cohen was wearing a seat belt.

The Medical Examiner's report doesn't indicate whether those in the SUV suffered any injuries. Cohen's sister-in-law told investigators Cohen was in good health, but he should not have been driving, the report says.
