Milk futures, cash cheese lower

In Class III trade at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, milk futures were lower on follow through selling. November was down $.06 at $15.41, December was $.10 lower at $15.18, January was down $.05 at $15.33, and February was $.04 lower at $15.52.

Cash cheese was lower. Blocks were down $.01 at $1.67 with one load sold. The last uncovered offer was for one load at $1.675. Barrels were $.015 lower at $1.575. The last uncovered offer was for one load at $1.575.

Butter was unchanged at $1.755. The last unfilled bid was on one load at $1.70. The last uncovered offer was for three loads at $1.7925.

Nonfat dry milk was $.0025 lower at $.88 with four loads sold. The last unfilled bid was on one load, also at $.88. The last uncovered offer was for two loads at $.885.
