Lanes reopen after freeway crash at S. 6th St.

Crews have reopened two left lanes of southbound Interstate 94-43 that were closed at S. 6th St. for a crash. The Howard Ave. on-ramp also was blocked. Wet conditions have prompted a spree of crasheson that area of the freeway system. The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office responded.
