Markets placing higher value on heavy beef

Recent trends indicate markets are placing a higher value on heavier beef calves.

Scott Brown, an Ag Economist with the University of Missouri says farmers and ranchers need to really think about when they want to hit the market with their beef cattle and might want to consider a price risk management program.
