Friday, July 15

Day Shift

Elona Doyle, 31, of the 1000 block of Seventh Street, was arrested for alleged violations of conditions of probation. Doyle was jailed at Otero County Detention Center in lieu of bond pending her appearance in court.

Night Shift

Emmitt Metcalf, 31, of the 1700 block of Palo Verde, was arrested for alleged shoplifting. Metcalf was also served with a court warrant for alleged failure to pay. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Miguel Aguero, 25, of El Paso, was arrested on a Tularosa Municipal Court warrant. Aguero was ticketed for alleged possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of bond pending his appearance in court.

Leslie Velasquez, 26, of El Paso, was arrested for alleged DWI. Velasquez was also served with a Tularosa Municipal Court warrant. She was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending her appearance in court.

Saturday, July 16

Day Shift

Allison Baillie, 23, of La Luz, was ticketed for alleged sale use of glue. Baillie is to appear in court as directed.

Perry Cleveland, 55, homeless, was arrested for alleged trespassing and disorderly conduct. Cleveland was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appear in court.

Elijah Thomas, 21, homeless, was arrested for alleged shoplifting. Thomas was additionally charged with alleged possession of paraphernalia. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Christopher Kinney, 57, of the 300 block of Maryland, was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct and was additionally charged with alleged possession of paraphernalia. Kinney was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Thomas Kenny, 33, of Colorado, was arrested for alleged failure to appear. Kenny was additionally charged for alleged license required for commercial solicitors. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Night Shift

Yolanda Lee, 31, of the 1500 block of Bellamah, was arrested on two Magistrate Court warrants. Lee was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending her appearance in court.

Nicholas Reyes, 18, of Griffin Road, was ticketed for alleged unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reyes is to appear in court as directed.

A resident in the 1500 block of N. Scenic reported an auto burglary. An unknown suspect entered a vehicle through a rear sliding glass window where $40 in change was taken. The unknown suspect fled on foot when encountered. Investigation continues.

The following subjects were ticketed for alleged minor allowing self to be served: Samuel Worrell, 19, of the 200 block of Moon Glow, Reynn Williamson, 19, of the 10 block of Four Wheel Drive, Cheyenna Veltri, 19, of the 200 block of Moon Glow, Adrian Recinos, 18, of Mayhill, LilyMarie Dutra, 18, of Cloudcroft, Nichols Tessman, 19, of Cloudcroft, Kaylee Stanton, 18, of the 1800 block of College Avenue, Justiss Perez, 18, of the 1800 block of College Avenue. All subjects are to appear in court as directed.

Audrey McSweeney, 25, of La Luz, was ticketed for alleged contributing to the delinquency of a minor. McSweeney is to appear in court as directed.

Eric Peeler, 46, of the 1000 block of Dexter, was ticketed for alleged trespassing. Peeler is to appear in court as directed.

Sunday, July 17

Day Shift

Pedro Feliciano, 29, of the 1000 block of Post, was arrested for alleged trespassing, resisting an officer and public nuisance. Feliciano was also served with a New Mexico Corrections arrest order for a probation violation. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Angus Cheromiah, 36, of Boles Acres, was arrested for alleged domestic, resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to a family member’s property, battery and battery on a police officer. Cheromiah was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

A resident in the 2400 block of Byrd reported an unknown suspect removed all of the siding material from a shed within the last two weeks. The same resident also reported that sometime between July 16 and July 17 an unknown suspect removed a window air conditioner from a rental house. No suspects have been identified.

Night Shift

Jay Lawrence, 47, of the 900 block of Sims, was arrested for alleged failure to appear. Lawrence was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Arthur Velasquez, 45, of the 1200 block of Seventh Street, was arrested for alleged possession of controlled substance. Velasquez was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Thomas Torres, 51, of the 700 block of U.S. Highway 70, was ticketed for alleged assault and disorderly conduct. Torres is to appear in court as directed.

Monday, July 18

Day Shift

Raymundo Arculeta, 33, of the 1100 block of Eighth Street, was arrested for alleged failure to appear. Arculeta was released on an unsecured bond pending his appearance in court.

Victor Gollotte, 39, of the 1800 block of Corte Del Sol, was arrested for alleged failure to appear and additionally charged with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Gollotte was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in court.

Jesse Loewen, 39, of Simpson, was arrested for alleged probation violation. Loewen was jailed at OCDC on a no-bond hold pending his appearance in court.

Gene Austin, 44, of the 1200 block of Filipino, was arrested for an alleged probation violation. Austin was jailed at OCDC on a no-bond pending his appearance in court.

At around 4:28 p.m., units responded to the 2800 block of Lawrence in reference to a resident. On arrival units located a 95-year old unresponsive male. Detectives and a deputy field officer from the Office of Medical Investigators were notified. The death appears to be from natural causes. The investigation continues.

Night Shift

Sandra Noriega, 22, of the 1500 block of Black, was arrested for alleged contempt of court. Noriega was additionally charged with alleged possession of paraphernalia. She was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending her appearance in court.

Lucita Milligan, 27, of the 2200 block of First Street, was arrested for alleged battery on healthcare personnel and assault on healthcare personnel. Milligan was additional served with alleged failure to pay. She was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending her appearance in court.

Tuesday, July 19

Day Shift

Victor Gallegos, 52, of the 400 block of Maryland, was ticketed for alleged shoplifting. Gallegos is to appear in court as directed.

Ignacio Galindo, 36, of Sunset, was ticketed for alleged malicious use of the telephone. Galindo is to appear in court as directed.

Kylah Miller, 27, of the 1000 block of Zuni, was arrested for alleged DWI. Miller was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending her appearance in court.

Tommy Carabajal, 36, of the 1300 block of Seventh Street, was arrested for alleged failure to pay fines. Carabajal was released on an unsecured bond pending his appearance in court.

Anna Martin, 21, of Dungan, was arrested for alleged failure to appear. Martin was released on an unsecured bond pending her appearance in court.

Night Shift

Matthieu McCaslin, 25, homeless, was arrested on two Magistrate Court warrants for alleged failure to appear, a Tularosa Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear and additionally charged with resisting an officer. McCaslin was also ticketed for alleged shoplifting. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of a bond pending his appearance in the respective courts.

Wednesday, July 20

Day Shift

Shanniah Woltz, 20, of the 1400 block of Michigan, was arrested for alleged failure to appear. Woltz was released on an unsecured bond pending her appearance in court.

James Pittman, 37, of the 1500 block of New York, was arrested on a Magistrate Court warrant. Pittman was additionally charged with alleged resisting an officer. He was jailed at OCDC in lieu of bond pending his appearance in court.

Alfred Silva, 57, of the 2400 block of Cambridge, was arrested for alleged failure to pay. Silva was released on an unsecured bond pending his appearance in court.

At around 2:34 p.m., Alamogordo police officers responded to the 1800 block of Yucca in reference to shots fired. Upon arrival, it was learned a male subject sustained a gunshot wound. Investigation is ongoing and a suspect has been developed.

Night Shift

Sonya Romero, 25, of White Oaks Street, was arrested for alleged failure to pay fines. Romero was released on an unsecured bond to appear in court when summoned.

Albert Garcia, 28, of the 2300 block of Nevada, was ticketed for alleged battery on a household member. Garcia is to appear in court when summoned.

Thursday, July 21

Day Shift

A resident in the 1000 block of 16th Street reported criminal damage. An unknown suspect damaged a window. No suspects have been developed.

A resident in the 400 block of Bonnell reported criminal damage between July 20 and July 21. An unknown suspect spray painted SUR and STUR on a 1986 Wild land travel trailer while it was parked on the resident’s property. No suspects have been developed.

Sharla Desersa, 41, of the 500 block of New York Avenue, was ticketed for alleged shoplifting. Desersa is to appear in court as directed.

A resident in the 1900 block of Seventh Street reported criminal damage. An unknown suspect spray painted an obscene gesture on a brick wall on private property. No suspects have been developed.

A resident in the 200 block of Dublin reported criminal damage between July 20 and July 21. An unknown suspect slashed two tires on a Ford Fusion while it was parked in front of the residence. No suspects have been developed.

Night Shift

Paul Marzan, 25, of the 600 block of Maryland, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Marzan is to appear in court when summoned.

Leinani Walton, 48, of the 2100 block of Chantel, was ticketed for alleged shoplifting. Walton is to appear in court as directed.

Christina Crimmins, 31, of the 1400 block of Arizona, was ticketed for alleged battery on a household member. Crimmins is to appear in court as directed.

Brianna Wilson, 20, of the 900 block of Mescalero, was arrested for alleged failure to pay fines. Wilson was released on an unsecured bond and is to appear in court when summoned.

Casie McDaniel, 30, of the 600 block of Puerto Rico, was ticketed for alleged battery on a household member. McDaniel is to appear in court as directed.
