2016 Troy Memorial Day Ceremony
Mary Ellyn and I attended the 2016 Troy Memorial Day Ceremony at Veterans Plaza, Troy City Hall last week. It's been a few years since I attended and it was nice to see that City staff and the Troy Veterans Memorial Committee still do a great job conducting the ceremony.
