Job Description:

•   Achieve the agreed sales targets and ensure compliance with the bank’s policy
•   Build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
•   Promote bank’s retail products and services to potential customers.
•   Assist in conducting promotional activities, meeting and road shows in assigned areas to achieve the budgeted sales volumes
•   Embark on shop to shop visit in active market places
•   Pay regular visits to existing and potential customers (Market)
•   Follow-ups on
•   Loan clients
•   New customers accounts opened for the branch
•   Confirmation of customers deposits and withdrawals on phone
•   Administering customer complaints forms

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of HND Marketing from any recognised institution
•   Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in the sale of banking products
•   Those living in Yamfo, Berekum and Sunyani are preferred.

Salary is negotiable
