The position encompasses all aspects of customer service, including interacting with vendors and overseeing all IT contracts for purchasing equipment, materials, products, and services. The responsibilities include maintaining financial management systems, tracking and monitoring IT purchases and license renewals throughout their life cycle; tracking IT budget information; compiling data and briefing materials; and picking up/delivering IT equipment and supplies.
