Broccoli’s benefits reducing cancer risk

New research says broccoli and similar vegetables might pack a cancer-fighting punch.  Dr. Elizabeth Jeffery at the University of Illinois says people that include those “cruciferous” vegetables in their diet three to five times a week have a significantly lower risk for getting cancer.
