Allen Park — The Lions have now cut two centers since the draft, perhaps a sign of confidence in their top two players at the position, Travis Swanson and third-round pick Graham Glasgow.

After waiving Braxston Cave on Tuesday, the Lions did the same with Darren Keyton on Thursday.

Keyton was waived with a failed physical designation.

With Cave and Keyton gone, the Lions now have just three centers on the roster in Swanson, Glasgow and Gabe Ikard. Chase Farris, one of their top undrafted rookies, is an interior lineman who could compete at center, too.
