African Guaranty Trust (AGT) Microfinance Ltd started as small business in a vehicle in 2005. Gradually, the business began to grow and by 2008, AGT Microfinance was registered with the Registrar General’s Department to provide general financial and investment services in Ghana.They are currently recruiting for:

Job Title: Branch Managers

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications

• A minimum of a First Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field is required.
• A Post-Graduate or professional qualification is highly desirable

Experience

• At least 3-5 years working experience in a similar role

Skills

• Must be knowledgeable in banking operations, marketing, internal control and risk management;
• Must be able to coordinate and multitaskin a fast-paced environment
• Must possess organlsational and time management skills
• A good oral and written communication skill is required
