• Best Non-Fiction: The Golden Age of Murder by Martin Edwwards (HarperCollins)
• Best Short Story: "A Year Without Santa Claus?" by Barb Goffman (Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine)
• Best Children's/Young Adult's Novel: Andi Unstoppable by Amanda Flower (Zonderkidz)
• Best Historical: Dreaming Spies by Laurie R. King (Bantam)
