Baudo Builds of Ruidoso has won a “Best Of Customer Service” award from Houzz, the popular online platform for home building, remodeling and design.

Best Of Houzz awards are announced annually in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography.

Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews received in 2015. A “Best Of Houzz 2016” badge will appear on the Baudo Builds profile on houzz.com.

“We are honored that people entrust us with the dreams they have for their homes,” said owner Nate Baudo. “This customer-driven award tells us we’re doing our job right.”

“Anyone building, remodeling or decorating looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals” said Liza Hausman, vice president of Industry Marketing for Houzz. “We’re so pleased to recognize Baudo Builds, voted one of our ‘Best Of Houzz’ professionals by our enormous community of homeowners and design enthusiasts actively remodeling and building their homes.”

The Houzz announcement didn't surprise satisfied Baudo customers who praised his work.

“He took his time and suggested ideas we had not thought of,” said Judy Peterson of Alto. “Nate listened to us and developed our ideas. Not only did he have excellent ideas, he found ways to save us money.”

“On both our home remodel and a new home build we were working abroad in Japan while the work was being done,” said Ed Bennis of Ruidoso. “We corresponded with Nate via phone or email over the entire length of each project and everything was done as requested. Additionally the suggestions Nate made were spot on. He really is a true professional.”

Baudo has been around home building and real estate since he was a child.  He holds a BA and MBA from New Mexico State University and received his New Mexico General Contractor’s license in 2006 after working for several years as a Construction Superintendent and Consultant in Albuquerque.

Baudo Builds’ projects include the design and construction of high-quality custom homes, remodels, restorations and additions.

The company has showcased homes in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and New England.  Baudo returned to his hometown of Ruidoso in 2009, where Baudo Builds is now based.  He currently has numerous projects under construction as well as a featured home for sale at 100 Oak Grove Place.
