Some weird stuff usually happens at the NFL’s Pro Bowl.

During yesterday’s contest we saw Seattle’s Richard Sherman run a reverse (he lost 22 yards) and New York’s Odell Beckham Jr. play some safety! It’s a lighthearted game where things aren’t taken seriously and all of your wildest dreams can come true.

Cowboys Blog - [VIDEO] Cowboys Center Travis Frederick Takes Last Snap In Pro Bowl

Such was the case for Jeff Saturday at the 2013 Pro Bowl. If you didn’t know Saturday was the long time center for Peyton Manning during their time together in Indianapolis (they were the butt to hands duo that won Super Bowl XLI). The 2012 season found Saturday in Green Bay and Peyton, even to this day, in Denver.

That season would be Saturday’s last making that Pro Bowl his last game. As this was a time before the NFL abandoned a fully functional Pro Bowl setup of AFC versus NFC, Saturday found himself on the opposite sideline as Peyton.

He asked those involved if he could swap teams for just one play and snap the ball to his old quarterback one last time. It was one of the best moments in Pro Bowl History and one of the coolest things that I’ve ever seen.

Well it was a different center taking a different snap that made Cowboys Nation jump and shout as yesterday’s Pro Bowl finished. Then quarterback for Team Irvin, Jameis Winston, swapped places with his center… Travis Frederick of the Dallas Cowboys!

Jameis snapped the ball as Frederick took it from the gun. Travis took a knee and ended the Pro Bowl. How freaking awesome is that?!
