Peek-A-Boo Baby Card

Today’s card is a card to celebrate the birth of Anthony John Ferlito, who made me an Auntie for the first time! My dear brother, Greg, and his beautiful wife, Anne, welcomed Anthony into this world on December 19 and I couldn’t be happier for them! I know Mom is rejoicing in heaven with the angels over his birth!

My favorite part of this card is the sweet, little envelope! It was made with the Envelope Punch Board using a piece of 3″ x 3″ Designer Series Paper, starting at the 1.5″ marker. The “peek-a-boo” sentiment comes from a new set called Suite Sayings in the 2016 Occasions catalog which goes live on January 5! I thought a little tag with this sweet deer stamp from Made With Love peeking out of the envelope went perfectly with the sentiment!

The color scheme of this card comes from the Sweet Li’l Things Designer Series Paper. While Bermuda Bay isn’t one of the colors, I think it complements the Pool Party when added as a bow to the button.

I’m digging this tiny envelope on the front of a card – it would be adorable on a Valentine’s card with tiny hearts coming out of it, wouldn’t it? Hmmm…
