As a big shareholder of Ghana Airways, HNA now is seeking for a CEO of Ghana Airways.

Responsibility

• Set and lead all teams to achieve strategic milestones and business targets (user metrics and revenue).

• Design organizational processes and streamline business operations to establish strategic focus.

• Drive continuous growth in sales and passenger flow.

• Build and lead local teams in achieving relevant KPIs for every department.

• Initiate local and international strategic business partnerships and manage investor relations.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

• 10+ years of solid operational experience in airlines industry and at least 5+ years in the position of CEO. Have comprehensive understanding of industry knowledge.

• Fluent in English.

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, committed to success yet adaptable to changing market conditions.

• Extensive industry connections, thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Result-oriented, skilled in organizational development, personnel management, financial control and strategic planning.
