What to Serve with BBQ Pineapple Meatballs

To make these savory meatballs more festive, I served them on top of some puff pastry cut out in the shape of a star. Add a bowl to the table for all of that extra barbecue sauce. Perfect for holiday parties!

If you aren’t looking for holiday party food, I’d suggest pairing them with fluffy white rice or egg noodles. Don’t forget to ladle some of the extra sauce over the plate. The rice and noodles are perfect for soaking up all that yummy sauce! For a pop of freshness and color, consider adding some steamed broccoli or a crisp green salad on the side.
