Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Did you brave the madness of Black Friday?

I avoided it all except for a little online shopping for baby clothes and toys.

I wasn’t going to do any shopping, but as I laid on the couch watching movies with Jorge my email called to me. 70% off plus an extra 15% off speaks to my heart.

While I didn’t want to fight the crowds, I really did want to go have some alone time at Target with a pumpkin spice latte while I perused the aisles for things I didn’t really need. It’s one of my favorite pass times. ;-)

Knowing Target would be insane, I decided to whip up some pumpkin spice coffee creamer at home on my own instead.

First off, I could drink it all week. Secondly, I didn’t have to go anywhere since I already had everything I needed.

We have a Nespresso machine and absolutely love the coffee from it. Between this creamer and the perfect rich espresso…dare I say this tasted even better than a PSL from Starbucks?

Will Starbucks nazis come out and try to kill me? Probably, but it’s true. It was better.

P.S. If you are in the market for a Nespresso (and everyone should be, seriously amazing), we have the Pixie and love it. Our favorite espresso pod is the Arpeggio!

I made this last night after seeing it and tried it this morning. My husband said it was the best coffee he has had in a long time! thank you!

I wanted to go to Target so bad on black friday (but just for like a normal shopping trip) – which did not end up happening. I don’t deal well with crowds :) This coffee creamer looks wonderful!

Welcome!
