Cross Country Team Doubles Back To Finish With Teammate With Autism

Today in stuff that is awesome, a middle school cross country team finished their district race together.

Cooper, who has autism, was running in last place, when his team came back to finish with him. According to the video below, he dedicated so much time to cross country, even though it was especially challenging for him. By finishing, he proved his own perseverance, and he was able to do so with the support of his teammates.
