A former accounting manager testified that she and others in the finance department of Dewey & LeBoeuf falsified the now-defunct firm’s financial statements by making illegitimate entries at the end of each fiscal year between 2008 and 2011.

Jyhjing “Victoria” Harrington, who was hired by Dewey & LeBoeuf predecessor Dewey Ballantine in 2001 and continued in the same role at the former until its demise in May 2012, testified that she reversed written-off expenses and made other revenue-inflating false entries to jack up the firm’s cash flow numbers. Harrington also said she lied when auditors questioned her about some concerns they had.
