Cultural differences will certainly count for something, but my guess is that most women still have to take care of family and do the housework in addition to working outside the home. In many, if not most countries, the woman is still expected to do it all.

Out of every 4, how many men suffer “unreasonable” workplace stress? And what constitutes “unreasonable?” I’ve known people to whom ANY stress is unreasonable. And I’ve known people who thrive on stress. It’s all relative.

I agree with JohnnyHR; I’d love to see individual country responses because gender roles are definitely culturally-influenced.

The poll certainly was global and I would guess the responses may be influenced somewhat by cultural issues. I’d like to see the breakdown by country because I’m curious how responses from the U.S. differ from responses elsewhere.
