Gestalt training - a testimonial from Nancy Ahern, OSR graduate

The Organization Systems Renewal Graduate Program is pleased to be a sponsor of this 3 year extended Gestalt Training program. The use of Gestalt training is currently incorporated into the curriculum of the OSR graduate program.

Nancy Ahern, graduate of OSR 13 recently wrote to us to say,

I thought the Gestalt training was a wonderful complement to OSR. It provided an opportunity to focus on several aspects of "self mastery" and take it a notch deeper as a follow-on to the OSR training. It also highlighted for me the practice and art of "intervention" and use of self in service of others. The theory helped integrate many of the bodies of knowledge we covered in OSR and helped solidify a basic "operating framework" to work from. I would recommend the Gestalt program to anyone who is serious about process facilitation and willing to step into greater levels of self-awareness.

OSR annual conference to be rescheduled

The OSR Annual Alumni Conference will be in the early Fall this year -- not in June, as previously announced. Specific dates are currently being determined. We, the Alumni Association Board, will plan an event to bring alumni together in the fall to support OSR's transition to a new home. Stay tuned as we design an event to celebrate and help create the new home for OSR!

Gracious space offerings for 2012

Many of our OSR graduates have been exposed to the concept of creating "gracious space." It's a concept that is introduced early in the OSR journey. And it's one that, for many, is a significant turning point in how they view the entire OSR educational process and how they view all their interactions with others from there forward.

The Center for Ethical Leadership, a strong supporter and collaboration partner with OSR, is now offering opportunities to build greater capacity or simply to be introduced to this important area.
