Don Swartz, Marv Weisbord, Roger Harrison, Edgar Schein, and Geoff Bellman were all on hand Tuesday, October 20 to help OSR kick off it's 30th year. Participants experienced a casual conversation among this group of influential speakers - individuals who have helped to define and influence the field of OD over the past 30 years. They spoke of how they entered the field, stories that reflected great moments and turning points and what they saw for the future.

Join us for a dialogue with Fritjof Capra and Linda Booth Sweeney, friends and colleagues for many years. They will share their experiences in teaching the theory and practice of systems thinking, and in particular the experiences from their joint OSR seminar on November 5th.

We are very pleased that Larry Daloz, author of Mentor: guiding the journey of adult learners and a member of the OSR NW Board, will join us to share his extensive experience with mentoring. We have adopted Larry’s approach to mentoring for this pilot project. You will also learn about the process and tools we are using for the pilot, decide whether you want to volunteer for the “mentor pool”, and meet new OSR 14 grads interested in developing a mentoring relationship.
