This summer, snag a spot at Metro 67′s rooftop deck for plenty of gorgeous vistas of Memphis.

The Metro 67 rooftop decks have got all the basics for a great time already there. All you need is weather that is cooperative and all the time that you can spend! The stunning bridges stand in stark distance from our viewing point on the rooftop decks, and you can’t feel sorry about that.

Another fact about our apartment rooftop decks is that you can enjoy them with few restrictions. Obviously your neighbors would not want you carrying on at all hours of the night and day on top of their heads, but so long as you remain respectful, you should not have any real problem in spending as much time up there as you would like.

For pensive reflection, for quiet sunbathing, for cheerful conversation or for something even a little more excited, you really can’t beat the rooftop decks of our Metro 67 Apartments.

Would you like to go kayaking in Memphis? There are lots of opportunities to do so right around our Memphis apartments and in the Riverfront area. You don’t always have to go as far as Ghost River to have a great time outdoors.

Here are three of our favorite locations for a Memphis kayaking adventure:

• Greenbelt Park allows river access via boat ramp, near the northernmost parking lot. Take your kayak for a dip and a day of fun. The park is open from six in the morning until midnight.

• Ashburn-Coppock Park gets a little choppy and heavy with boat traffic, but it’s still a fun place to kayak.The park is open from six in the morning till eight at night from March 16th through October 31st.

• If you need to rent a kayak, check out Mud Island. You can have fun with a day rental and see if kayaking is for you.

• Consistency is key. No matter what you want to reinforce, you need to faithfully reproduce the same reinforcements repeatedly. For example, if you don’t want a begging dog at the table, never give your dog table scraps.
