I have recently been lounging in some fabulous clothing and the latest to help me feel comfortable in pregnancy is the Queen Bee Cami & Lounge pant from Belabumbum. Very, very comfy –  not surprising since the bottoms are 100% pima cotton jersey and they have a flat elastic waist band which equates to no digging in and no over hang! Hoorah. The cami has pull up nursing access too, so very functional when it comes to feeding.

The print is cute. As the name suggests, Queen Bee, it’s bees and crowns, but tastefully done. I like the print a lot. Well done Belabumbum!

The only negative of these, and that’s purely down to personal taste, is the lace trim. I am personally not a fan but my pal who popped round when I was still in these at 11am – I know, the shame – begged to differ. She thought it was fab.

The ribbon round the belly area is a great touch, its a deep rich wine colour, and it also came with a little matching outfit for baba which is cute and something else my pal LOVED! The quality of the outfit is second to none, it’s beautifully finished with a simple bee print and made of 100% pima cotton jersey.

When my pal popped round last week and happened to have with her some bits she’d snapped up and town, I demanded a show and tell. In that little lot, she had this Black Elephant Print Dip Hem Oversized T-Shirt which I quickly threw over my vest to see how it held up against my bump. And held up well it did, so the very next day I popped in to New Look and grabbed myself one. Pregnant or not, love it.

It’s a absolute bargain at £12.99 – it’s 95% cotton, 5% elastane. I wore it on with some ASOS Maternity Elgin Black Skinny Jeans, my old faithful Topshop wedge trainers (yes I know, I need to get some new ones!) and was off out for a pub dinner with some pals.

Now to find some new wedge trainers …

Hello Lovelies, it’s Hannah from  A New Addition blog, a Fashion, Lifestyle and Parenting blog. I would describe myself as a social media addict so you Here to share my pregnancy essentials with you. I am mummy to two beautiful boys aged 5 and 1. They are my life and were the most different pregnancy’s so much so I believed the hype in the beginning that Baby J my youngest must be as girl as they were so different. With my eldest K my pregnancy was smooth riding, my bump grew, I continued to go to college and even continued to go to the gym, swimming and yoga classes. I had very few cravings, had absolutely no morning sickness and the only thing that made me want to vomit was the smell of bacon cooking! (I know, I know I couldn’t believe it myself either!) I wasn’t driving as I didn’t have my license yet so I pretty much walked everywhere so was straight back into my pre-pregnancy clothes on the way out of hospital after giving birth. With J Things were completely different, from the positive pregnancy line EVERYTHING made me sick, I was massive, put on so much weight and was probably the happiest I have ever been! This brings me to my pregnancy essentials:

The Fridge. It pretty much explains itself I just COULD NOT stop eating, which was a vicious circle really considering I couldn’t stop being sick either lol!

The Clippasafe bump belt. I truly loved this product, I passed my driving test whilst pregnant with J and when I brought my car I felt so uncomfortable with the seat belt. This was so comfortable I truly would recommend it, although it is a bit of an extra faff for me it was worthwhile.

Palmer’s cocoa butter. This stuff smells so good I literally just wanted to eat it!! Because I grew so big with J my skin was so itchy with the stretching! I found Palmer’s to be cooling and relieve some of the itch! The lush smell was an added bonus too!

Maternity leggings / jeggings. I LIVED in these and long tops and dresses, they were just so comfy and could be made to look so cute if you wore the right accessories. I loved them with brogues.

Bump Band. Although I say I lived in maternity leggings this isn’t exactly true, in the early stages of pregnancy while my belly increasingly grew I wore a bump band and continued to do so pretty much throughout my pregnancy and first it allowed me to wear clothes that were now starting to not fit as I could leave a button open but in the end I just liked that I know my belly wouldn’t show should I lift my arms up or something. I guess it was a bit of a comfort to help me carry my big bump too… Baby J was born at 8lb 11!

Hi everyone, I’m Gill and I write A Baby On Board: London Life as a New Mum. It’s a blog about pregnancy, babies and life in London bringing up my one year old daughter Eliza. I write about all the things I love, from baby clothes to breastfeeding. I really enjoyed being pregnant and feel very nostalgic about it now! Here are the essential items I couldn’t live without:

That amazing pregnancy glow - An amazing pregnancy glow? If you’re like me, you probably spent most of the time looking either pretty green or slightly grey. So faking it with make-up was an absolute must; two of my beauty essentials were Benefit HighBeam and Clarins Beauty Flash Balm.

The perfect pair of jeans - It was skinny jeans all the way for me, as I hated the idea of drastically changing my style because I was pregnant (and I had a fear of anything frumpy!). I also think a fitted leg balances out a big bump. Out of all the ones I tried, H&M over-bump jeans were my favourite

A really nice dress - Because it’s good to have something lovely you can put on even when you are feeling huge. I had a maternity tea dress from Topshop, and ASOS and Isabella Oliver dresses are also great.

My iPhone - I’m a total iPhone addict anyway, but I couldn’t have lived without it. I downloaded all the pregnancy apps I could find, and stored all my scan and bump photos. And Twitter is vital, as you’ll soon be chatting to other new mums during all the newborn night wake-ups

All the necklaces, while you can - Make the most of wearing necklaces when you’re pregnant! As soon as your baby gains some arm control you won’t be able to any more (I recently wrote about how much I miss wearing them). Plus necklaces will fit, whatever size you are!

Word on the web is that Kate Middleton has been shopping. Good old Kate stuck to the high street and brought, apparently, the Lovestruck Diedre dress which is a concession in Topshop. The Deirdre dress has a tea dress feel with a delicate spring floral print, with a little mandarin collar and a cross over bust line. Fully elasticated at the waist. This dress is available in two colours, Cream and Purple. The dress is only £37, 100 polyester and available in 8-12 or 10-12. Personally, I think it’s an odd choice for the Princess so we will have to keep our eyes peeled and see if we ever spot her in it. It’s not her normal style, and 100% polyester!?! Either which way, cue sell out…
