Netflix has become a fixture in my life. It’s what got me hooked onto Doctor Who, and then catching up on shows that I have never seen before or stopped watching years ago. Sometimes though when I want to watch something I have a hard time choosing. Because well there is so much that I want to watch.

In my Instant Queue though there are some shows and movies I have lined up that are not appropriate for kids. I do not want my kids accidentally to start watching those things. We actually just watched it this past weekend and had a great time watching it. (Even though some of the language in there I did not appreciate for a kids movie.) ere is also a ton of Thomas movies on their too, new and old. Which of course Landon likes to watch from time to time.

Though it always seems that the kids want to watch either Transformer: Rescue Bots or Tinkerbell movies over and over again. I try to get them to watch new things every once in awhile. Usually on Friday nights we try to all watch a movie together while noshing on some pizza. It’s a great way to relax after a busy week and regroup as a family.

The fact that Netflix Kids is available for the iPad Neflix app is wonderful! Since that is mainly where the kids watch Netflix, as opposed to myself, who uses the TV. Though they do watch it on the TV but they don’t know how to use the remote just yet to get to the shows they want so I am in control in those instances.
